This city is afraid of me. I have seen its true face. The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood and when the drains finally scab over, all the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout 'Save us!'... and Gon's Balls will whisper 'First... comes... rock!' Hah! Made you stare at Naruto's Marshmallow! Pushing the logo off-center to drive TheOcean insane.

There already is an Alex Rider thread, but as it hasn't been posted in for four months....

The sixth book's called "Ark Angel." And I'm pretty sure the second book is "Point Blank," not "Gemini Project." Unless that's an alternate name for it?

Anyway, this series was great up until Scorpia. Ark Angel was all right, but I was really disappointed by Snakehead. I kind of hoped Anthony Horowitz would have ended the series with Scorpia. :P

I know how you feel. I mean, I didn't really want it to, but you can never really tell if each book is the last.
Unfortunately, I think Horowitz had too much of his writing style in the Power Of Five series in Snakehead. I didn't think it was that good at all...
I also didn't like the film.. An epic failure, I think.

The film is really horrible. I think there are many alternate names, because of the translations. For example, the first version in german of "Skeleton Key" was something like "The Island of horrobility" and the second version was "Skeleton Key"

The film was terrible. I thought it'd be amazing because Anthony Horowitz worked on the script, but... :\ Alex Pettyfer was definitely handsome enough to play Alex Rider, but apart from that... nothing really of note. Yassen was horribly disappointing. :P

BUT this thread is about the books, so let's talk about the books. :)
