This city is afraid of me. I have seen its true face. The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood and when the drains finally scab over, all the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout 'Save us!'... and Gon's Balls will whisper 'First... comes... rock!' Hah! Made you stare at Naruto's Marshmallow! Pushing the logo off-center to drive TheOcean insane.

My favorite MJ song is "Human Nature". "Another Part of Me" is a close second.

Pandapat, I love the top three you've listed. :)
Haven't heard of the rest (except Disturbed, who I find aren't heavy enough to satisfy me anymore).

Mikael Akerfeldt from Opeth is the greatest musician I've ever seen (seriously, have you seen many people who can headbang, play a death metal tune on guitar at perfect speed without messing up, growl/scream and then swap to clean/folk/jazz vocals at regular intervals, all at the same time?). He's my idol. :D

Yeah, it takes getting used to. I never used to like anything heavier than Green Day's 'Take Back' (yes, I used to be OBSESSED with Green Day up until ~3 years ago) - now I listen to songs about fantasizing to be cannibalized and chewed to death, etc (the song in question is by Mikael Akerfeldt's 'side' band, 'Bloodbath', titled 'Eaten')... I've changed, yes.

Nightwish before Dark Passion Play were great. ^.^;;
The Poet and The Pendulum still passes as an awesome song, though.
Ghost Love Score is by far their best, though, says I.

I completely disagree. Tarja is an angel and a true, brilliant opera singer. Anette bares close resemblance to a frog and has the voice of a generic albeit not very good pop singer.
Just my opinion.

Yeah, Stargazers is the best song off Oceanborn. ;)

you sound like a friend of mine (who loathes Anette) I think Anette is cute, that's just me
Bye Bye Beautiful was an awful video though, and I like Styx!

Anette shows more cleavage, Tarja seemed less trashy lol, and another thing-Anette is only a few years younger then my mom! (something like 6) thats weird, and eerie

Heh. The only respect I have for Anette is the fact that she did a reasonable job in Poet and the Pendulum.
I haven't seen the video for any of their songs. -_-

Cleavage is sexy. Anette is not. ;)
Tarja on the other hand...
But yeah, this is all just my opinion - it's by no means an outright fact.
