This city is afraid of me. I have seen its true face. The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood and when the drains finally scab over, all the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout 'Save us!'... and Gon's Balls will whisper 'First... comes... rock!' Hah! Made you stare at Naruto's Marshmallow! Pushing the logo off-center to drive TheOcean insane.

Default What Bands have you Abandoned?

Some bands that I heavily rotated have been knocked out of my orbit permanently. I’m not talking about the half-defunct geezer reunion bands at the local Lucky You Don’t Have Smallpox Casino (sorry Journey) but rather bands that never lost their self-inflated bombasity, still tour and release tedious albums to presumably a few die hard hangers-on.

U2 is that band for me. I was a huge fan of their formative anthem-heavy single syllabic origins (WAR! BOY!) up through the release of the seminal (not a Casino; those are Seminoles) The Joshua Tree. Then something fell out. The carburetor started dragging. Something about Fly Sunglasses and songs-about-songs just didn’t connect anymore.

What bands have you abandoned?

I think I haven't listened to a Radiohead song in about 5 years. Considering they were what I fell asleep to at night in my teens, that's weird to me. I don't dislike them, I just...lost interest. Its the same for most the bands I listened to in my early 20s

Stellar Kart, Relient K, and Hawk Nelson feel that way to me. Just lost interest.

Can't listen to them, except for Creep.
