MP3 would not be nearly as good on the gamecube, and it wouldn't run nearly as well. the aiming system is what makes the game, along with it running with a steady 60 fps the entire game. not because it looks nice (which it does, if graphics aren't what determines what console you buy).
better stories has nothing to do with how well the graphics are made. o_O better sound? you can play all of the systems on the same TV and get the same sound... dont know what you're getting at. bigger levels has been done with the Wii. and the Wii does, in fact, have better graphics, no matter how minimal the change is. as "hardcore" as you try to make yourself sound, you yourself eat up what microsoft shoves onto your plate, lucien. -_- the only real hardcore gamers are: 1. Speedrunners 2. people who waste their lives away on MMOs 3. retro gamers just because one is a graphics whore or claims to be loyal only to the games that are rated good (just because a game gets a good rating on gamespot, doesnt mean that its a good game, and vice versa), doesn't mean that they're more mainstream than everyone else. and to give you comfort Lucien, everyone who has a Wii is going to get either a 360 or a PS3 at some point anyways, just because nintendo has no worthwhile 3rd parties. As a side note, stop making references to 6ixty4our. it not only makes you look as worthless as him (which you aren't), it makes you look just plain stupid. -_- define "hardcore". and watch your step.

and I'm glad to see you haven't just stroked everything out like you usually do o_O Metroid Prime 3 looks incredibly better than its predecessors. I dont care that the game "flopped", 'cause I'm a fan of the series. I could care less what reviewers think. where I go in games, I pray that there aren't any graphics, because that means that developers intend me to go there. FF7's story is more in-depth than Bioshock's. there's also chrono trigger. more space =/= to a better story if the developers don't mind leaving one out. since the SNES days we've had in-depth stories. stories haven't gotten more complex just because the developers have aged :P SSBB looks a whole lot better than any GC game, btw. I didn't say that the Wii was the best, I wasn't arguing that it was. I didn't say "OMGTHIRDPARTIESSUCK", because I'm not some naive moron. o_O 6ixty4our only gave that PM to him to try to save his sorry ass just before it got booted. I honestly doubt that he was acting. -_- but its good to have people like you around, lucien, just for a good argue once in a while. you do need to accept other people's views though. espeically when you haven't played through the games they're talking about. >_>

Nobody spends all their money on games. Not even most of it. Do that and you're just a fool.
Whether or not you're a casual gamer is not defined by how much you play or how much you spend. I strongly believe that a hardcore gamer is someone who builds and maintains their own gaming PC and who enjoys that aspect of gaming.

not graphics, POWER. there's a difference. <img src='/images/emoticons/smiley8.png'> POWER allows for bigger worlds more enemies on screen, better physics, and bigger worlds. you can have more power without better graphics, but you can't have better graphics without more power.
a simpler way to put it: power is adam. graphics, physics, more enemies, and bigger worlds are different plasmids.

Look i Have had enough of this BULLSHIT! I presented a nice statemant saying my view of the Consoles (page 4) and now i'm pissed you little Nintendo fans go to the Wii topic and you can cry there, 360 people go to your own topic (if there isen't one make one) and rant about how Sony FUCKED up the PS3 (which isen't true) there because you might have some support! LOOK AT THE TITLE OF THIS TOPIC! this is for people who want to compliment or talk about things sony can do better on. The classic example of not Reading the Title is Lucien and Lazylen.

Comeback means its begining to fight back and become stronger, and generally more popular. It doesn't nessisarily mean its ontop...........yet.
It was not claiming at any point that it was the best console. Weather it is or not,(is,is,IS) that has no relavence to the video. It was merley making a statment that the PS3 is gaining many exclusive titles. People are starting to realise the power and value of the PS3. The cell prossesor allows massive amounts of data to be prossesed at once. And the blue ray disk allows great detailed HD data to be prossesed. Its a matter of power. The 360 became popular because it had power. Superior in every way to the origional Xbox. And the PS3's hardware has not only surpassed that of the PS2, but the 360 aswell.......... this isn't my opinion, its true, the PS3 "IS" very much stronger faster and more powerful that the 360 is, in terms of sound, generated data, graphical ability and generally every console factor. And these exclusives in this video are examples. They've only begun to touch on the CPs power, and already, they have surpassed all past games. Let me take MGS4 s an example. The reason it is claimed as an exclusive was not only a traditional angle, but also a practical angle. If it were to be 360 converted (yeah, right!) they would have to tone down much of the detail, readjust the complicated animations, remove many of snakes moves due to the lack of controls and the sixaxis, less explosion efects, pixalation would take place, and it would be completely watered down in about every sence, including the amount of enemys and interaction between them. You didn't have to read them, he was just showing that that the PS3 was taking a bit of a beating to begin with. Plus it was all with the tone of the music. And lastly, of course the 360 has more sales. What is it, been like a year or something. The 360 has been out longer than the PS3, ofcourse it is going to have sold more over that amount of time. On a finishing note, the video was really just good fun as aposed to an argument. It was just as much to enjoy as it was to convince. Constuctive argument aside, did you see that bit with the desert car chase. Man that was so cool. And afterwards when he slid over the car and jumped through the window. Looks like a good game. Ya, thought this would still go on and on about nothing that's important to the world not even the fans that are arguing. And it still is doing nothing what so ever.
Also lucien, you are one of the few on here who try and bring a good argument, and aren't doing too bad, but every time you just mark out what someone else said, you're showing us that you're really a 4 year old with a black crayon. And that your dad must be typing the words he thinks you want him to type while you sit on his lap. And this goes for everyone who does that, it's just a cop-out for people who don't have comebacks are an argument.
