LordZorc, holy is winding you up, he trying to be sardonic about the paternalistic law, the irony being of course, he has never lived in a society without paternalistic law and thus doesn't realise how much they suck.

Personally I believe censorship must exist, but you have to be careful with it, because all too often people use well meant law for ill-begotten gains...IE when does censorship of child porn become censorship of ideas against the government and in that point I agree with holy and feball, but I just think saying all censorship bad is black/white law and that never works because humanity is gray

Actually, the dryly thing was me just arguing for the sake of arguing to hear their views on the different matters of it. They're just the arguments I hear a lot that I wildly dislike because they're specious.

There's obviously a difference between the censorship of child porn and the censorship of counterpoints to the government.
