Probably not, not a proper hurricane anyway. Because of the Earth's rotation, tropical storms tend to move westwards, hence why the US East coast and west Pacfic get lots of Hurricanes, While California and Western Europe and West africa basically get none.

Global climate change will screw us over by flooding the entirity of Norfolk though, so there's that...
