im guessing it was a little different from all the other zelda games....i mean....there are other zelda titles that gamers didnt like even for fans...like the cd-i or windwaker...i guess we werent ready for changes....but then again, we dont wont it to change....

oh btw...celtic guardian is link! just so you yugioh adult players and kids should know...if you knew it already.

I hardly think it's a change that made people hate the cd-i ones, it's rather them just being sucky and that I wouldn't count as a change in secnery as with WW. And WW is anyways rather well respected by zelda fans, except the OoT diehard fans.

Eh, its ok. Much better then phantom hourglass (which in my opinion was an epic fail of a video game), but still pales in comparison to other zelda games. It was different but it lacks the free roaming that I love about the zelda series, which I can not forgive. Overall, I am glad I played it, but I will more then likely never even pick up the game again.

And btw, I just finished playing Ocarina of time for the upteenth time, its still much better then Twilight Princess.

I absolutely love Twilight Princess. It deserves its place in my top 5 of all time.
As for OoT, I'm going to have to join the 'overrated' party - I can understand why it's so popular, but it just didn't appeal to me nearly as much as TP did... I also like Majora's Mask more than I do OoT. Not 100% sure why, but I do.

I support the above. I stopped playing Spirit Tracks about halfway through and gave it to my sister.
I only played Phantom Hourglass because she's bad at video games and needed help. Still, I had more fun with it than I did with Spirit Tracks...

Zelda is a game. It should never be an anime. Do you remember how bad the 80's cartoon was? Excuuuse me, Princess, but I don't like having my favorite game series' bastardized by horrible TV shows.

I mean't that the Legend of Zelda anime being made as a OVA based off the Ocarina of Time with English subs and dubs and with the original voices for the english sub and it would be better than the american Zelda cartoon.

I've been a LoZ fan since the NES days. For the record if you name Link "Zelda" in the first two NES games Link gets a better sword each time from the old man =P

I love Twilight Princess I think it's a great game. I can't wait until more details are released at E3 about the newer Wii Zelda title, I've heard so many rumors it'll actually be refreshing to see some actual details about their new title.

Legend of Zelda is pretty awesome. On Phantom Hourglass, I've gotten myself stuck once again and I can't figure out how to get myself unstuck, so I haven't played it in forever. And sometime on OoT, I need to get into the Shadow Temple.
