What did you think was an incredibly sad, tear-inducing moment in any videogame? It does not have to be a sad game, but any moment that made you tear up just a little bit> It could even possibly be a nice moment that led to tears, so sweet it was.
I'll start. The moment in Lunar 2 when you reach the top of the tower and find out what happened to Luna. Anyone else?

Death of Damus. He never knew about Jak, and then that Bastard "Vulgar" had to rub it in his face. Then Jak gets all pissed off and Darks up.
Sniper Wolf Dieing. She had the saddest story of all FOXHOUND and the music hit the mark perfectly. And poor OTACON. When Drake gives up on Francise. Wasted his life? Oh no. When Kai finds her mother. That Freak got what he deserved. Peakaboo, Arsehole! These are more recent, so [ Death of Kate. Man, I really felt bad for Niko. I felt how gutted and guilty he was. Big Mamma Dying in Snake's arms. He had only known her for such a short time, but you could see the saddness and tragedy in his scorched eyes. When Snake Dies. Shares one last Cigar with his Sun. Then, lying against his mothers grave, passes away. The world would be better off, without Snakes....... ]

I Personally almost cryed at FFVii (not sure) Dirige of cerberus.
When[ The robotic girl dies while saving her sister... and that son of a friggin ***** didint move! Thats the worst sister you could ever have..ugh i just mean your sister is dying and the only thing you say is : Its destiny i have drugs in my pants even tough i am wearing a skirt "ugh! she talked nonsense!!!! ] <img src='/images/emoticons/smiley5.png'>

How mario dies in the origional mario games makes me cry all the time...
ANYWAY! A couple here, 1. Creatures, Sad stories hee, Mother was pregnant with an egg, health status dropping, She wasn't going to make it and she was on around 2 percent health and i wanted her to lay the egg, She did in time and died slowely, the hild was born but the child just wandered around the corpse until it too eventually died... 2. Legend of zelda series: most endings mostly ocarina of time and Twilight princess when navi has to leave him and time had to reset itself... and when midna destoyed the mirrior after her when she left to go back to her own universe so link could never see her again... Terribly sad... 3. Resident evil 4: when Luis Sera is killed when he is assiting leon to escape...

the end of crisis core, because even though you knew it was going to happen, you just didnt want it to, why oh why did Zack HAVE to die, they should have changed it somehow, like some sort of time machine, of course they would just waste time trying to invent that, which is ironic because if they did finish it they could just go back in time and warn themselves that it would be a big waste of time.

Probably at the end of MGS3, when Snake has to kill his own mentor, The Boss. It's really emotional, you even have to press the button to shoot her with your gun.
MGS4 has an equally powerful moment, though I won't describe it in order to avoid spoilers. It involves a microwave, though.

In KOTOR 2,
The moment of the game when Atton is suppose to face Darth Sion, get maimed, and then die would have been a true delight for me. The sad part is that it isn't delightful because they (Obsidian) cut that sub-plot from the game. Damn them all to hell...
