Marik's "EFF" audio request

Hello. I'm looking for an audio of marik saying "EFF" to use it for a video for my school project and i was wondering where i could find it.

it's from perfect hair forever, a show on adult swim that parodied anime and only lasted for 6 episodes. if you have sound editing software, just convert this or another clip of it using this and then grab the sound from that. click "covert video to audio" and then follow the directions - pretty self-explanatory.

I can't find just the sound anywhere though. sorry =/
